Sillage is a 2022 release from Kinetic Perfumes, crafted by perfumer Chris Maurice (Christian Carbonnel), who also composed Unreal and L'Una. The name Sillage (French for "wake" or "trail") refers to the lingering scent left behind by a person. The fragrance is inspired by the artistic concept of a "long exposure photograph," where light becomes a fluid, material presence, leading to a smooth, enveloping, and constantly moving scent.
