Collection: Grossmith London

Grossmith London – Legacy, Royalty & English Elegance

Founded in 1835 by John Grossmith, Grossmith London is one of England’s oldest perfume houses, with a storied legacy of creativity, craftsmanship, and royal patronage.

Over the years the company earned high honours—its formula books once held over 300 perfumes, and its creations were presented in Baccarat flacons. It was regularly awarded Royal Warrants and celebrated in the world of fine fragrance as a purveyor of exquisite English scents.

Rediscovered in the early 2000s by the Brooke family—descendants of John Grossmith—the brand has been revived with deep respect for its past. Using recovered original formulations, historical packaging themes, and archival materials, Grossmith London produces collections that are both nostalgic and contemporary.

Each fragrance is a journey into memory—evoking floral-ambers, oriental Bouquets, woods, spices and noble materials. The bottles and packaging echo Victorian and Edwardian aesthetics, with attention to detail, quality, and authenticity.
